BIO: Mike Grandmaison was awarded second prize in the Northern Lights 2007 Awards Canada competition for Excellence in Travel Journalism. His photography was showcased in the May 2007 Travel issue of Canadian Geographic Magazine. Mike Grandmaison is a Canadian assignment and stock photographer specializing in architecture, agriculture, industry, nature and tourism. His extensive collection of premium quality stock images are available for corporate use, editorial publishing, and fine art decor and his photographs have been published worldwide. He travels extensively across Canada for various clients in this country and abroad. Mike has collaborated on five Canada Post stamps and has produced numerous corporate calendars. In the past few years, Mike produced three coffee table books, one called CANADA in 2005 (a national bestseller) with CBC broadcaster Shelagh Rogers, the "Canadian Rockies" (2007) and just released "Georgian Bay" (2008).
